The session sitting fee applies per person and is due at the time you schedule your portrait session. This fee includes the time and talent of the photographer. It does not include any finished portraits.The comfort of your child during our session is a priority. Time is built into each photography session for shyness, diaper changes, or just a break for fun if that is needed.Siblings, pets, and favorite toys are all welcome at the portrait session if you want them included in some way. At Kidz'n Kaboodles, that's all the "Kaboodles" that goes with Kidz!Twenty-four hours is requested for non-emergency cancellations. However, if your child becomes sick the day of the session, please call to reschedule. It is important that your child is feeling their best so that they, and you, enjoy the photography experience.Proofs or contact sheets are not given or sold. Should you need an image on disk, we do have a copyright release cost for each image. Ask for futher details.Proofs can be viewed on our website, www.kidznkaboodles.com. The private galleries are password protected for your privacy and security.The proofs you view will have been carefully selected. Initial artistic rendering may have already been done. Images with eyes closed, heads turned, and duplicates will be discarded.Once the proofs are posted on the Kidz'n Kaboodles website, in your own password protected gallery, you will be contacted to set up an appointment for in-studio viewing of the portraits and order consultation. Other family members are welcome.Each image you will see is a creative, artistic portrait creation that has been beautifully sized and showcased to be a classic and timeless treasure for you to pass down from generation to generation. Please keep in mind that while we do offer a variety of sizes for your potraits, not all images are suitable for cropping to all print sizes.Fifty percent of the portrait order is due when the order is placed, and the balance is due upon delivery of your portraits.Payments may be made by cash or check. We hope to be accepting Mastercard/Visa in the near future.Should you want to place additional orders, portrait images are archived for a period of one year. At the end of that year, we will send you a courtesy post-card stating when the images will be deleted should you want to place a final order.At Kidz'n Kaboodles, your complete satisfaction with your experience and portraits is paramount. If you feel for any reason that we haven't satisfied your expectations, please let us know. I will be happy to reschedule your session at no extra charge or give you a full refund, whichever you prefer.
